Q. Free internet access ? What's in it for you?

A. When you dial our 0845 number you get charged at a local call rate. We subsequently get a portion of that from BT.

Q. How come I can only dial in between 6:00pm and 8:30am during the week and at weekends ?

A. Primarily NetAcceess4Free (izR Solutions Ltd.) is a business oriented ISP and consequently during the week our systems are busy during business hours. However we do have spare capacity outside business hours and we are looking at a way to fill it that both makes us money and also provides a useful service to others. Q. Why don't you offer any services other than access ?

A. We don't feel we need to as there are plenty of free services on the internet already. See our list to help you find one that is suitable for you. However if there is sufficient demand we may consider introducing an email service at a later date.

Q. Can you provide me with an ADSL connection?

Q. I keep filling out the online application form but hear nothing

A. Is the email address you are supplying invalid ? If it is then we will not be able to email you your details. If it isn't contact support@netaccess4free.com and we will try to sort out the problem for you.

Q. My account seems to have stopped working. Can you help me ?

A. Has it been sixty days since you last used it ? if it has then it will have been deactivated. Just apply for a new account to get new details. If you think there may be some other problem contact support@netaccess4free.com for assistance.

Q. The answer to my question doesn't seem to be in this FAQ. What should I do ?

A. Feel free to email us at support@netaccess4free.com with any questions that are not answered by this document. We may even add your question to this FAQ !
